The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The present lot is offered in good overall condition. The dial is clean, the hands and indexes are uniform. The lume plots are still holding a charge. The Bezel is in fair condition with heavy sign of wear and visible scratching on the 6 o clock side of the bezel. The bracelet is in fair condition, uniform with the case, displaying signs of wear. The clasp is in fair condition consistent with the case and bracelet with signs of wear. The clasp is stamped: “Rolex”, “Geneva” , “Swiss Made”, “Steelinox”, “DE9”, “78493”, the hallmarks are visible but are showing signs of wear and need a loupe is needed to see the codes stamped within the clasp. The chronograph function starts, stops, and resets properly. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
