The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
CASE: The ormolu with surface dirt and tarnishing overall. The veneers with shrinkage, repairs and losses overall. Some elements a little loose. The mounts re-gilt.
DIAL: Surface dirt to the dial overall. The hands tarnished. Minor hairline cracks to the chapters.
MOVEMENT: Generally with surface dirt and dust, the movement would benefit from a clean.
With pendulum, case key and winding key.
