The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In reasonably good overall condition.
Traces of apparently inactive, historic woodworm.
Decoration scuffed, grubby and worn, as expected, probably refreshed but with no evidence of earlier schemes apparent.
Closed split to top of front right-hand leg.
Frame slightly loose but usably firm. Upholstery worn, especially to the arms and is a little grubby and dusty also losses to edging. Cream-silk back panel perished and split.
Overall minor knocks, chips, scratches and wear consistent with age and use.
In generally good decorative and structural condition and ready to use.
