The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
There are minor inconsistencies to the surface, presumably in keeping with the artist’s working method. There are minor points of lifting to the dripped peaks of the paint, with associated paint loss to vases (i)(ii) and (iii). There is very minor cracking to the white passages, predominantly to the upper portions of the vases and presumably in keeping with the artist’s chosen medium. It is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
