The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the window and underlying mount and the edges of the sheet could not be examined for the purposes of this report. There are faint creases and handling marks in places, only visible under strong raking light. There are faint hinge marks to the upper left corner. There are very minor surface abrasions to the upper left quadrant to the antlers, as visible in the illustration, and presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. It is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
