The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description, each the full sheet, it is our opinion these prints have been conserved, otherwise in generally good condition, framed

Clinton Plaza (A. 4): two foxmarks toward the lower right sheet corner, the paper slightly splitting at the extreme lower right sheet edge (presumably from the time of production), occasional very pale foxmarks in places on the reverse (not showing through)

Arundel Castle (A. 5): very pale time staining, occasional very pale foxmarks in places in the unprinted area, occasional foxmarks in places on the reverse
