The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Numerous scratches, abrasion marks and nicks to the metal throughout, consistent with regular wear.
- Additional marks: Italian maker's mark 'star 395 ROMA' (unidentified), Swiss Bulgari Monogram, Italian 750 mark, 'm.2 55' most probably referring to the carat weight of the sapphire.
- Sapphire: measures very approximately 7.30 x .6.25 x 5.10 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 2.50 carats, with some typical inclusions, a few surface reaching, a few small scratches and nicks.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 0.80 - 1.00 carat, assessed to be on average H to I colour, VS clarity.
