The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- with an unobtrusive pinhead size brown spot beneath the sun, at left.
- tiny pinpoint losses at places at the upper sheet edges (only visible upon very close inspection).
- the 'A' of the artist's signature and date in pencil very slightly smudged.
- a couple of handling indentations in the lower subject (only visible in a raking light).
- minor indentations at the sheet edges caused by the float-mount.
- hinged with Japanese hinges at the corners and sheet edges verso.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
