The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is hinged on the reverse upper edge to its underlying support. There are artist's pinholes to the corners. The colours have shifted slightly. The sheet undulates slightly, only visible under strong raking light. There is faint rubbing to the extreme edges and adhesive residue to the extreme upper horizontal edge. There are a few pinpoint spots of foxing in places. There is a superficial abrasion to the lower right quadrant. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
