The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. All elements appear to adhere well to their underlying support. There is glue residue in places. There are a few hairline abrasions and accretions in places, only visible under strong raking light. There are a few pinpoint spots of foxing and accretions in places to the felt elements. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
