The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound and all elements are present. Minor wear and rubbing is to the lower edge of the light fixtures and occasionally to the graphite tubes. The fixtures should be hung in a straight line with a 6-inch gap between each fixture. The height should be 100 inches from the floor to the bottom of the bulbs. The artist’s studio provided chains for the current installation, and additional chain lengths will need to be procured post-sale.
