The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Deux manques de matière sont visibles le long du bord inférieur de la base. Deux très légères traces de frottement sont visibles sur une tranche du buste. Un des cristaux de la base présente une très légère fissure, inhérente à la méthode de travail de l'artiste. Présence de très légères traces de manipulation par endroits sur la surface. Les irrégularités de surface telles que les bulles de séchage, petits enfoncements et griffures superficielles sont inhérentes à la méthode de travail de l'artiste. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

All elements appear to be present. The work is structurally sound. The surface is very slightly dusty and presents a few small accretions in places, mostly to the recesses. Two losses are visible to the bottom edge of the base. Two very minor rubbing are visible to an extreme edge of the chest. One crystal onto the base presents a very slight crack, inherent to the artist's working method. There are very slight handling marks in places to the surface. The irregularities to the surface such as the drying bubbles, minor dents and superficial scratches are inherent to the artist's working method. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
