The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Unlined. Minor frame abrasion along the edges. The canvas is buckled at center. Scattered surface cracking, a paint loss in the building at upper right and a minor accretion at center left. Under ultraviolet light, a few spots of inpainting in the lower right corner and a small spot at lower center. Uneven, discolored varnish.
