The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound, in working order and is powered by a standard two prong North American plug. General wear, including surface scratches, scuffs and a few small losses are occasional, most notably to the wood elements of the sculpture. Drying cracks are to the figure, most notably to the face and upper body. A fine hairline crack is to the figure's third hand to the proper left hip of the figure. A few tears, some with possible repair, are to the lamp elements. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
