The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. There are scratches and wear in places to the upper surface of the work and to the underside. There is a minor accretion to the side of the work. There are a few superficial hairline abrasions to the sides, and to the inner walls; these are only visible under close examination. Subject to the foregoing the work it is our view that the work is in generally good condition.
