The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Oil on canvas, in the artist’s frame. Examined within the frame behind glass. When examined under ultraviolet light, there is some uneven fluorescence which is attributable to the pigments used by the artist. There are no visible signs of retouching. There are some faint scuffs and handling marks to the frame. There is some minor surface dirt. Subject to the above, this work appears to be in very good overall condition.
