The linen is presently rolled and will be sold and shipped with its accompanying stretcher. The work was last examined stretched by a specialist in July 2023. There are surface variations and soft creases scattered throughout, all in keeping with the nature of the artwork. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
