The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There is some rubbing with scattered associated paint losses, predominantly to the extreme edges. There are a few abrasions in places, predominantly to the lower horizontal edge and along the left and right vertical edge.
