The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound, fully functional and equipped with a British-type plug. There is some superficial dust to the surface. There is some minor discolouration to the lower right turnover edge of the cabinet. There are some small abrasions to the left and right turnover edges of the cabinet, predominantly to the lower third, and a minute loss directly below the upper lock on the front face. The work is accompanied with the key to the upper lock only. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
