Cover:
The cover's finial is missing.
A few cracks to the enamels inside.

Teapot:
The spout detached and reattached to the body with an associated area of restoration with touch-ups around the junction (a section of the restoration inside the teapot is detached).
Some faint age cracks to the enamels on the handle.
A very small enamel flake to the body.
A very small area of restoration to the handle (possible a filled-in flake).
A few cracks to the enamel inside the teapot.
The handle is a little lose.

Both:
Some minute losses of enamel along the rims and edges.
Wear to the gilding.
A rectangular paper label reading 'X196' inside the cover and under the base.
General age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
