Villa mit Turm

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- with wide margins, probably the full sheet, with deckle edges above and at right.
- a flattened, horizontal fold across the upper margin, and a flattened, vertical fold across the left and right margin, respectively.
- a few pale scattered foxmarks in the margins and subject.
- very pale mount-staining in the margins.
- some very minor creasing towards the sheet edges.
- some pencil inscriptions verso.
Otherwise as described and generally in good condition.
