The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the sheet and fabric edges irregular (the fabric circa 895 x 620 mm; the sheet circa 888 x 600 mm.) and taped to the mount along the sheet edges verso.
- the Mandeure paper with foxing and brown-staining verso, not showing recto.
- some offsetting and surface dirt in places verso.
- two small areas of abrasion to the maxing tape and paper at the upper sheet edge verso.
Otherwise as described and in apparently good condition.
