The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, including abrasion marks and small indentations to the metal. Necklace fitted with secure clasp and safety catch. Earrings fitted with clip backs.
-Additional marks: maker's mark (Crova Pier Vittorio s.n.c. and C.E.A.M. s.r.l.).
-Sapphires: with typical inclusions, some surface reaching. One sapphire (earring) with a few small cavities to the crown.
-Mother-of-pearl: with typical appearance. In good condition, with a few small chips to the edges.
