The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The side edges are covered by the artist’s strip frame. A faint layer of surface dust is present. Distortions are present throughout the paint surface, likely resulting from contact with wrapping material or other extraneous material over an extended period of time. Faint wear is to the upper left corner tip, and a minute surface scuff with an associated pinpoint loss is to the upper center edge. Drip accretions are intermittent, most notably to the center in a lavender painted passage. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light. This work has been professionally cleaned.
