The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The edges of the sheet are partly covered by its window mount. The sheet undulates slightly with some associated creasing, most visible to the upper and lower left corners. There is some minor skinning to the right upper horizontal edge. There are two white drip marks and some smaller brown drip marks in the lower half of the composition. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
