- Overall condition good. Scratches and small nicks to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. Small area of tarnish to the reverse of the swan's beak. Double pin fitting, with single safety catch.
- Additional marks: signed VAN CLEEF & ARPELS, French assay marks for 18 carat gold, OR 750, indistinct partial maker's mark possibly 'square P & Fils' for Péry & Fils.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 6.00 - 7.00 carats, assessed to be on average H to I colour, mainly VS clarity.
- Emerald: with small abrasion marks, appears to be glued in.
