The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Unlined. Frame abrasion along the edges. Scattered surface cracking and a small area of pigment separation in the figure's head. A vertical water stain extending the height of the canvas at left with associated water stains on the reverse. Under ultraviolet light, no apparent inpainting.
