Sheet floats freely. Faintly mat-stained and light-stained. Artist's tack-holes to the four corners, along the left and right edges, in the house at upper left and one at center right. Upper edge irregular and left and lower edges deckled.. A few faint handling creases and scuff marks. Very few pinpoints of foxing. No tears or restorations detected. Very faint vertical and horizontal flattened creases at center. Verso: A few faint handling creases and scuff marks. A few pinpoints of foxing. The line is strong. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition. Framed dimensions: 311⁄4 x 251⁄4 x 11⁄4 in.
