The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The side edges of the canvas have been trimmed and the painting is relined. Faint frame abrasion with associated accretions are to the edges of the canvas. Pinpoint losses are occasional. Mild stable passages of hairline craquelure are intermittent. A short vertical crease is to the the right side of the canvas. A small repair is to the upper left quadrant and another is to the lower left quadrant. Visible under ultraviolet light, small spots of inpainting are scattered.
