The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the description in the catalogue:
- with wide margins, presumably the full sheet.
- the colours fresh and bright.
- pale light- and mount staining in the margins.
- some very minor stains and surface dirt in places in the margins.
- two small pencil inscriptions (numbers) in the lower left corner recto, and some along the lower sheet edge verso.
Otherwise as described and generally in very good condition.
