The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Each not examined out of frame. With very minor expected surface soiling, light staining, discoloration and minor creasing to the sheets. Some with a few scattered pinpoints of foxing. A few inscribed, some in graphite 'Chinese'. Please note that Christie's does not guarantee the condition of frames.
