The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. The cheeks with some crazing and inconsistencies, inherent to the medium. Very light pitting in places. A few unobtrusive, short and fine surface scratches in places. The underneath adhesive residue and three footmarks from the time of firing; all three with tiny associated losses to the glaze and minor scuff marks. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
