The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

A wooden strip frame is afixed to the side edges of the canvas. The canvas is slightly slack. Minor wear and a few very faint hairline tension cracks are occasional to the turning edges. Three small transfer marks are to the upper edge, and a faint one is to the left edge. A few pinpoint accretions are occasional. A tiny loss is to the upper right quadrant in a dark green painted passage. Visible under close inspection, a short diagonal abrasion is to the lower left corner, and a soft hairline scuff is to the upper right and lower left corner. A few creases are to the canvas near the right edge, likely inherent to the canvas. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
