The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encadrée. Le doublage aveugle de la toile été effectué en protection arrière à la demande de l’artiste. La toile présente une très légère ondulation dans angles supérieur droit et inférieur gauche. Quelques points d'accrétion superficiels sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The loose lining has been done as a backside protection as requested by the artist. The canvas undulates slightly to the upper right and lower left corners. A few pinpoint superficial accretions are visible in places to the surface. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
