Of bombé form, cloisonné enameled overall with foliate motifs and geometric design on black ground, with a similarly enameled angular handle, engraved on the inner rim with an inscription in Swedish ‘In warm memory / of Russian friends / I. Stein & P. Reidel. / Petrograd, 26/9 September 1914.', marked under base with ‘K. Fabergé’ in Cyrillic beneath the Imperial warrant, probably overstriking the mark of Feodor Rückert
