The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work has not been examined outside its frame. There is a pinhole to the lower left corner, presumably a vestige of the artist's working process. A small spot of increased sheen is to the right of center in the perimeter of the design, one is to the center upper edge and a few pinpoint ones are visible occasionally to the edges.
