The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The cardboard is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board. The edges of the cardboard are deckled and minor wear is to the edges and corner tips. Faint surface scuffs and hairline abrasions are visible intermittently. A small spot of rubbing is to the figure's nose. Adhesive residue with associated fibrous accretions and discoloration are to the lower register. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
