The work is structurally sound and all elements are present. Very minor wear and a few associated pinpoint spots of loss are to the perimeter of the sawdust base. The monofilament kite string, extendable up to 120 inches, connects from the figurine's outstretched hand to the red kite, which hangs from a ceiling hook. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
