The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to the catalogue description:
- the colour fresh and very bright.
- a moisture at the lower left margins verso (traces of mould), some pinpoint traces of mould showing recto, with associated paper warping.
- a pinpoint speck of darker pigment at the right of the Queen's neck.
Otherwise as described and in good condition, framed.
