The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- some pale brown stains verso showing through at upper right recto.
- some minor surface dirt and dust in the margins.
- inscribed in pencil recto with the title and Croquez number Cr. 101 (lower left corner) and the Delteil number D. 102 (upper right corner).
- some staining and surface dirt verso.
- inscribed with various numbers verso.
Otherwise as described and generally in good condition.
