The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- some tiny spots and very minor creases in the margins and at the sheet edges and corners.
- a faint pressure mark with associated very minor stains, caused by a metal paper clip, at the lower right sheet edge.
- two minor, round spots of adhesive staining at the lower corners recto, remains of old paper hinges at the upper corners verso.
- two numbers/ dealer codes in pencil verso.
Otherwise as described and generally in very good condition.
