The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Watercolour, gouache and pencil on paper. The reverse of the sheet is taped along the edges. A small stabilised tear towards the upper right corner. Some mat and light-staining towards the edges, not affecting the composition. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
Aquarelle, gouache et graphite sur papier. Le revers de la feuille est fixé à du paper kraft le long des bords. Une petite déchirure stabilisée vers le coin supérieur droit. Brunissement de la feuille dû au montage et insolation de la feuille vers les bords, n'affectant pas la composition. Selon notre opinion cette œuvre apparait en bonne condition générale.
