The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has not been examined unframed. The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the corner-tips and periodically along the edges. The media has faded very slightly. The edges of the sheet are slightly deckled with associated minor wear. Artist's pinholes are to the upper corner-tips and faint creasing is to the lower edge. A pinpoint nick is to the lower left edge of the sheet in a yellow painted passage. A pinpoint accretion is to the upper left quadrant in a yellow painted passage and two others are to the lower right quadrant in white colored passages. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
