Movement: The movement is ticking at the time of cataloguing, and all functions are working; however, a service is recommended at the purchaser's discretion. Christie’s does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
Dial: The dial and hands show light signs of age.
Case: The case shows scratches and nicks throughout. The hallmark is crisp and defined. The crystal has light nicks.
Bracelet: The bracelet is integrated, and was previously shortened. The bracelet has scratches and wear with stretching. The clasp is stamped “8X30” (second digit illegible from age). The inside of the clasp is inscribed “For my truly remarkable wife, Love David.” The hallmark is crisp and defined.
Overall Condition: Very good

(c) Most watches have been opened to find out the type and quality of movement. For that reason, watches with water resistant cases may not be waterproof and we recommend you have them checked by a competent watchmaker before use.
