The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the corner-tips and center horizontal edges. The sheet undulates slightly and the vertical edges are slightly deckled. The sheet has shifted slightly in tone. Minor wear, nicks, spots of skinning are to the corner-tips and edges. Creasing, handling indents and pinpoint accretions are occasional. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
