The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of frame. The sheet appears to be hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The right vertical and upper horizontal edges are deckled. There is minute bumping to the extreme lower left horizontal edge. There are minute drying cracks to the impasto passages to the upper centre and upper extreme horizontal edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
