The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There are the inevitable dents, marks, scratches and rubbing consistent with age and use.

Exterior exhibits dents, marks and cracks. The lozine trim exhibits prominent patina, marks and creasing. The wooden slats appear to have been sandblasted. The leather to the handles exhibits dryness and creasing. The leather closure strap is missing. Hardware appears to have been cleaned and polished, still it exhibits scratches and marks.

Interior exhibits marks, stains, light tear and a musty odor.
