The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to backing board and undulates. The right and lower edges are deckled. The sheet has shifted slightly in tone, most notable to the edges. Minute accretions and faint handling marks are scattered. Remnant tape is to the reverse at the lower edge, likely from a prior hinging. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
