Lot Essay

This superb and highly rare open face pocket watch has an attractive, sporty aesthetic thanks to the two-tone "sector" dial which wonderfully pops in certain lighting. The dial bestows laborious and collectible engraved-enamel inscriptions which has helped the timepiece remain well-preserved and in very good overall condition. This "Staybrite" stainless steel timepiece has a fantastic curved bow shape with a tall crown, making it very easy to operate and wind.
