The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- with wide margins, presumably the full sheet.
- two small brown spots in the left margin, another dark, pinpoint spot near the upper sheet edge at left.
- some other pale pinpoint foxmarks and spots elsewhere in the margin, very unobtrusive.
- very minor time staining along the right sheet edge.
- inscribed with pencil 19-4 at lower left and St. at lower right recto.
- remains of old glassine hinges at the upper sheet edge verso.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
